Finish the Task

Award-winning Christian Reggae artist Kingsley Wray delivers his latest single, FINISH THE TASK, continuing his ministry of spreading God’s Word in 2026.

Following his recent success at the STEPFWD Awards, with Spirit Love which won Best Reggae Track of the Year, Kingsley continues to instruct, entreat, encourage and inspire us to Finish the task that God has placed in each of us.

The lyrics for Finish the Task were inspired by a talk by Pastor Rick Warren, from

Saddleback Church in California, and author of the Purpose Driven life at Spring Harvest last year. Pastor Rick said that not everybody fulfils their purpose or even chose to be part of their human family. But as God’s elect we have been chosen and given a mandate -“but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.”- Matthew 24:13-14. Pastor Rick reminded us that Jesus has been working over the last 2000 years and will never let us go.
