“Hosanna” is an uplifting contemporary worship anthem from singer-songwriter Thea Wray, co-written with Ian Bertie, bass guitarist in her worship team at Rye Lane Chapel, in 2020.

Inspired by Matthew 21:5, Hosanna joyfully celebrates Jesus’ triumphant entry into Jerusalem, proclaiming Him as the King who comes in the name of the Lord. Originally written for Palm Sunday, the song can be sung throughout the church year,  in heartfelt praise whenever the Holy Spirit inspires its use.
